The accommodation is well located just 200 metres from the small fishing village of S'Illot Cala Morlanda, in the east of the Balearic island of Mallorca.
The spacious garden offers a covered terrace area with dining table and chairs. There is also a barbecue, sun loungers, children's toys and an outdoor shower.
The renovated house can accommodate up to six people. The three bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and wardrobes. The living room has a large corner sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The adjoining dining room has a fireplace and a dining table with six chairs. The modern kitchen with bar and two stools is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. The two bathrooms, one of which is en suite, have a shower, washbasin and toilet. There is also a safe, security system and fans. WLAN Internet connection is also available.
There are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets and leisure facilities within walking distance. The region is known for its wonderful beaches and bays with crystal clear water. We also recommend a visit to the Drach caves in Porto Cristo. The airport can be reached in 50 minutes by car.
In front of the house there is free parking on the street. On arrival a small snack with traditional Mallorcan specialities is offered as a welcome gift. Two bicycles are also available.
