Montserrat is a restored Majorcan stone country house situated on an old rustic finca near the village of "Sant Llorenç des Cardassar". The house has 120 square metres of living space distributed over two floors. The ground floor has a cosy living room with fireplace cooker, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The living room connects directly to a rustic kitchen, which has a dishwasher. Furthermore, on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and private access to the pool area. Overall, the house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, all located on the floor. The upper floor has a second bathroom with shower. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a terrace raised above ground level where there is a small "Sofreix" or traditional swimming pool of 4m x 3m and depth 0.7 - 2m, with child safety and sun loungers and parasols. The place is completely quiet and is ideal for relaxing. The nearest beaches, such as Cala Millor or Costa de los Pinos, can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car. The charming owners of this Mallorcan house, Rosa and Montserrat, live in the adjoining property, so they are always there when their guests need them and often treat their guests with typical Mallorcan products.
