The interior of the house boasts an entrance hall with TV, double sofa bed and dining table, inviting convivial moments with family or friends. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and a cosy fireplace, perfect for intimate evenings. The accommodation also offers a bedroom with a double bed and French doors to the garden, a second bedroom with a triple bunk bed and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet. For cinema lovers, a dedicated room with a wide sn of DVDs guarantees quality entertainment.

The vast, partially fenced-in 8,000 square metre outdoor grounds offer a variety of settings that can be explored: from the pine forest to the olive grove, via the orchard and vegetable garden.
