The interior of KerDesAmis has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In the main house, you will find a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen including a kitchen island and fireplace, a bedroom and a modern bathroom on the ground floor. The upper floor has a master bedroom, an additional bedroom with sea views and a bright bathroom that opens onto the garden. In the separate annexe you will find further living space with a pool table, a third bathroom and a children's room with sea views on the upper floor. Art, the sound of the sea and a maritime atmosphere complete the picture.
The outdoor area of the 700 square metre property is ideal for relaxation and play. It offers a gravelled courtyard with parking for up to three cars, six large pine trees and a newly constructed boules court. To the rear is a sheltered, covered terrace for al fresco dining and an outdoor kitchen with a large gas BBQ. All the necessary garden furniture and a table tennis table are stored in a garden shed, which also offers space for bicycles or sports equipment.
