Maximum 2 animaux/ chiens autorisés. Holiday House Morena with Pool is located in the small village of Butori, in the green Istrian countryside, 2 km from the town of Tinjan and 15 km from Poreč and its beaches.
The semi-detached house is situated on its own 3,800 m² plot and offers guests exclusive use of parking for several vehicles, a private 28 m² swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor shower, as well as a covered summer kitchen with a dining table and barbecue fireplace. There are also table tennis facilities, a swing and a badminton court.
The owner lives next door in a separate part of the house.
The holiday home offers 120 m² of living space and consists of a ground-floor apartment for 4–5 people and a separate double bedroom with its own bathroom.
The ground-floor apartment features a living room with an open fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC.
The separate bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with shower/WC is also located on the ground floor, next to the pool.
The holiday home is partially air-conditioned and Wi-Fi is available.
The holiday home was completely renovated in 2023.
