The flat requires self check-in. Arriving guests will be advised of the code in the safe-box located near the flat entrance door, where the house keys are located. At the end of your holiday please leave the keys in the safe-box where you collected them. It is necessary that, by the day of entering the flat, copies of the valid identity documents of all persons present in the flat are sent to the host's address, for the obligatory police report.
Please do not leave small children unsupervised in the bathroom and kitchen. At the end of your stay please leave the keys to the flat in the safe-box where you found them on arrival

Visitor's tax must be paid on the spot. In case of a stay with more than one pet, a surcharge will be charged. SMALL PETS ARE ALLOWED.

It is necessary to place a clean plastic bag in each container before throwing the waste away to prevent it from becoming dirty and producing unpleasant odours. Undifferentiated waste will be collected by the guest in a single plastic bag to be placed next to the other containers on the day of departure. The waste, sorted by the guests, will be collected at the end of the host's stay.
