The holiday flat extends over 80 m² and has two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/WC and a practical washing machine. The cosy living room with a sofa bed for an extra person offers additional living comfort. Modern and sophisticated furnishings, air conditioning, a comprehensive range of cookware and crockery, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and, last but not least, garden furniture on the balcony, which is also shaded by an awning, leave nothing to be desired. An LED TV with satellite system and free Internet access via WLAN ensure entertainment and constant connection.
Outside, the flat enchants with a communal pool on the neighbouring property of the Felix holiday home, just 30 metres away. The pool is heated from mid‑April to end‑October. The fully fenced area not only provides free parking in the courtyard, but also invites you to spend sociable hours with a cosy barbecue area and a pavilion in the garden.
Not only is the surrounding area ideal for visiting the beach and exploring Poreč, but it is also the ideal starting point for discovering the beauties of Istria.
