Maximum 2 animaux/ chiens autorisés. The Chesa Michel from 1786 is a listed Engadine house in the village center of Bever. The spacious 3½-room apartment Bernina (96 m2) can accommodate up to 4 people. Kitchen-living room with vaulted ceiling, living room with cheminée and an Engadine room as a full-fledged bedroom combine historical charm with comfort. Underfloor heating, fast WiFi, parking available, good public transport connection. Dogs are welcome.

THE ACCOMMODATION

The 3½-room apartment Bernina is located on the ground floor of the historic Chesa Michel and offers a stylish and comfortable home for up to 4 people on 96 m2. The apartment is built in the traditional Engadine style and partly furnished with antique furniture, which preserves the authentic character of the house.

The spacious kitchen-living room with vaulted ceiling is well equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. The separate living room with cheminée invites you to cozy evenings.

The Engadinerstube is furnished as a full-fledged bedroom and has two beds. In addition, a spacious bedroom with a separate sink is available. This means that the apartment offers two clearly separated sleeping areas for up to four people.

The bathroom is functionally furnished and equipped with a bathtub with a shower attachment.

Natural stone floors and parquet with underfloor heating ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Historical photographs make reference to Bever and the Upper Engadin. A very small balcony offers a view of the village center with a church as well as a slight distance view.

The check-in takes place independently via a key box at the entrance of the Chesa Michel. The personal code will be delivered in good time before arrival after completing the online check-in.

Check-in and check-out:
- Regular check-in from 16.00
- Regular check-out until 10.00 am
- An earlier check-in or a later check-out can be requested, but is not guaranteed and depends on the occupancy

The apartment Bernina is equipped with natural stone floors, parquet, underfloor heating and radiators. Bed linen and towels are prepared for the booked number of people (maximum 4 people). The final cleaning is included in the rental price.

Dogs are welcome. There is a fee of CHF 10 per dog per night. Please indicate at the time of booking whether and how many pets you are bringing with you.

Parking spaces are not automatically included and can be used on request. There are the following possibilities:
- Underground parking in the house (underground garage, not suitable for SUVs with roof boxes)
- Parking in front of the house (limited availability)
- External garage for larger vehicles or SUVs
- Public parking at Bever train station

A parking space organized by us costs CHF 10 per night. Public parking at Bever Train Station costs about CHF 12 per day (Bever municipality rate).

The Chesa Michel is centrally located in the village center of Bever and is easily accessible.

Arriving by public transport:
Bever can be reached directly by train. Bever Train Station is within walking distance of Chesa Michel. From the train station you can reach the house in a few minutes on foot.

Thanks to the very good train and bus connections, Bever is ideal for a relaxed journey without a car. Even during your stay, excursions in the Upper Engadin can be easily made by public transport.

Arriving by car and parking:
Parking spaces are not automatically included and can be used on request.

The following parking facilities are available:
- Underground parking in the house (underground garage, not suitable for SUVs with roof boxes)
- Parking in front of the house (limited availability)
- External garage for larger vehicles or SUVs
- Public parking at Bever train station

A parking space organized by us costs CHF 10 per night.

Check-in / Key box
The check-in takes place independently via a key box. This is located to the left of the entrance of the Chesa Michel.

You will receive the personal code for the key box in good time before your arrival after completing the online check-in.

After check-in, a digital guest guide will be available to you. This contains important information about your accommodation as well as helpful information about Bever, the surroundings and excursion possibilities in the Upper Engadin.

Please keep the removed key safely during your stay. An additional key is available in the apartment.

At the end of your stay, please put one key back in the key box and the second one in the apartment so that the next guests can easily check in.
